PM16610: IMPROVE JVM LOG ENTRIES TO PRINT THE MESSAGEENDPOINT PROXIES WHEN THE LIMIT IS REACHED

Error description

Currently the following message is seen in the logs when the
MessageEndpoint proxy limit is reached:

[5/6/10 3:50:57:218 PDT] 0000002e SystemErr     R
javax.resource.spi.UnavailableException: limit for number of
MessageEndpoint proxies created reached.

The message will be improved to also include the actual limit of
number of MessageEndpoint proxies.

The MessageEndpoint system error message the is posted when
the MessageEndpoint proxy limit is reached does not include
what the limit is.

Problem conclusion

Changed the Sysstem error message to include the number of
MessageEndpoint proxies.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.13 and 6.1.0.35.  Please refer to the
