The Repos Id  is assigned as externalId of the member

When these members are search in the repository using
"externalId" they are not found and hence no members of the
group are returned.

This is not occurring in the Administrative Console.

Members of groups are not listed if groups are in DB and
members are in LDAP and GroupMemberControl has search
expression. This occurs because the externalId of members of
groups are assigned as the repositoryId and vice versa.

Problem conclusion

Updated the code so that externalId of members of groups should
not get assigned as the repositoryId rather as externalId.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.33 and 7.0.0.13.  Please refer to the
