Missing addListener method in the public On Demand
Configuration (ODC) interfaces.

*                  by WebSphere DataPower Appliances.          *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DataPower is unable to extend Virtual   *
*                      Enterprise functionality when           *
*                      security is enabled.                    *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
DataPower is unable to register as an On Demand Configuration
(ODC) producer when security is enabled due a missing method
stub in the ODC interfaces.

Problem conclusion

The missing method stub to allow DataPower to register as an
On Demand Configuration (ODC) producer was added to the ODC
interfaces.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.33 and 7.0.0.13.  Please refer to the
