Error description

In WebSphere Application Server version 6.1.0.29 Network
Deployment edititon, the deployment manager crashes during
application deployment operations with an OutOfMemory due to
workspace memory leak.

There are classes in the administrative console
which are holding onto workspace, session and other objects
using ThreadLocals even after a console logout. Thus, creating
a memory leak. This leak is noticeable only on very large
environments.

Problem conclusion

Code changes have been made to fix the memory leaks.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.33 and 7.0.0.13.  Please refer to the
