  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A FeatureNotFoundException occurs       *
  *                      starting applications with              *
  *                      embedded RAR files after migrating a    *

  When a version 6 or version 5 , application server starts an
  application with an embedded RAR file, the application will
  fail to start and the following exception stack trace appears

Problem conclusion

• Added code to eliminate unexpected feature in version 5 or
  version 6 configuration.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
