When server is started the following error is shown in the log
file:
SystemErr R Cannot load XSL files from <i
nstall_root>/plugins/com.ibm.ws.runtime.jar

*                      shows SystemErr "Cannot load XSL file   *
*                      from <install_root>/plugins/            *
*                      com.ibm.ws.runtime.jar" after server    *
*                      is started.                             *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
When server is started, the Rational Application Developer
console displays information from the server startup log file.
This error is displayed because during server startup some
WASProduct APIs are called to retrieve product version
information. The xsl files are required in order for those
APIs to work properly. Since the xsl files are missing, the
error message is shown.

Problem conclusion

The xsl files are packaged back into the
com.ibm.ws.runtime.jar file.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
