*                  com.ibm.ws.sib.processor.impl.AnycastInputH *

*                  dler.consumerAttaching, or apply the APAR   *
*                  fix.                                        *

There is no internal error and processing continues as normal,
this is a side effect of an underlying communications problem.

Problem conclusion

The stream no longer reports an error if a consumer attempts to
use it concurrently on a different thread while the stream is
still being created.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.45.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
