  The Load Balancer for IPv4 and IPv6 issues a gratuitous ARP
  for each cluster after a takeover occurs to advertise to
  routers which machine is managing the clusters. The load
  balancer will only advertise for 100 clusters.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code was updated to allow the load balancer to advertise for
  an unrestricted number of clusters.
