Inspecting the contents of a WS-ReliableMessaging sequence can
be problematic if a large backlog of messages has built up in
the sequence, or if the WS-RM component is unavailable. In
such cases both problem analysis and recovery would be
enhanced if the messages within a sequence were written as
part of the SIB dump process.

Problem conclusion

The WS-ReliableMessaging component can be configured so that
a SIB dump outputs a deserialized SOAPEnvelope for the
application messages stored in the persistent store that
are part of WS-RM sequences.

To configure a SIB dump to produce such output JVM system
property "com.ibm.ws.sib.dumpWSRMMessageContext" should be set
to a value of "true".

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.43, 8.0.0.14, 8.5.5.12 and 9.0.0.4.  Please
