During medium to high load, some messages cannot be delivered
to the destination and are sent to the exception queue.  A
CWSIK0035E error may be generated...

CWSIK0035E: A message cannot be delivered to destination
TestDestination.Test.Bus on messaging engine Test.Bus because
it has rolled back more times than its redelivery threshold

In a WebSphere Application Server using Service Integration
bus, during heavy load, messages end up in exception
destination with the following exception logged  -
"CWSIK0035E: A message cannot be delivered to destination
CustomerBankModule.CustomerBankAsyncExport.Destination.MECluster
.000-SC.APPLICATION.ru000msk0031Cell01.Bus on messaging engine
WSESB_new.Messaging.000-SCA.APPLICATION.WESBCell01.Bus because
it has rolled back more times than its redelivery threshold."
This scenario is encountered if a message is sent from
the remote messaging engine while the consumer session is in
progress in the current messaging engine. The message would be
sent back without attempting to be delivered to the consumer
thus increasing the redelivery count by 1. If the message is
attempted to be delivered 5 times(default value) before the
consumer session start completes, the message would be put to
the exception destination.

Problem conclusion

To solve the problem the code has been fixed to check if the
message is from a remote messaging engine and is handled
appropriately to avoid the failure.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.43, 8.0.0.13, 8.5.5.10.  Please refer to the
