  Further inspection of the control region output shows the
  following exception occurred:

  There is no Java stack trace.  The WOLA response path is
  attempting to create an object which is only valid in the
  request path.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code was added to skip the creation of the local comm out of
  band data in the WOLA response path.
  
  APAR PI55853 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Packs
  7.0.0.41, 8.0.0.13 and 8.5.5.9 of WebSphere Application Server
