When an exception is thrown from an HttpBindingListener during
value unbinding, it may cause inaccuracies in the Performance
    Monitoring Infrastructure (PMI) Session ActiveCount

Problem conclusion

  • A try/catch condition was added to value unbinding in order to
accommodate and log exceptions without affecting PMI Session
    ActiveCount.
