Error description

If an unexpected incident occurs when processing the
transaction service recovery logs, there may be a lack of
service documentation generated to determine the root cause.

*                      service data generated may be           *
*                      insufficient to determine root cause.   *

The FFDC generated when a problem occurs processing the
transaction service's recovery logs may not contain
sufficient data to diagnose the problem in some cases.

Problem conclusion

Additional FFDC is now generated in the event of a failure
processing the transaction service's recovery logs.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
WebSphere Application Server fix packs 7.0.0.43, 8.0.0.13,
8.5.5.11 and 9.0.0.2 and WebSphere Application Server Liberty
fix pack 16.0.0.3.
