PI35178: PLUGIN TO RETURN REQ_ABORTED WITH RC=500 FOR SOLARIS

Error description

Plugin using the NSAPI function of iPlanet. When processing a
request, it takes advantage of the SAF interface :

When all servers are down, we return REQ_PROCEED

which tells the web server to continuing processing the request
BUT
since we have determined that this request should be handled by
WebSphere but we couldn't find any available app servers, it
seems that we should return  REQ_ABORTED with rc=500

Local fix

When running with the iPlanet web server and the plugin does
not get a response from WebSphere Application Server,  the
plugin was indicating a successful request instead of
reporting a 500 error. This was affecting the ability to do
custom error messages from the web server.

Problem conclusion

Plugin has been updated to provide the correct return code in
this case.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.5.5.6, 8.0.0.11, and 7.0.0.39.  Please refer to
