In Messaging Engine to Messaging Engine communication for
publish subscribe messaging the health of environment is a
little difficult to determine and requires too much tracing to
be enabled to draw conclusions. SIBProcessor=all needed to
be enabled on all servers and it was having a huge impact on
performance.

Problem conclusion

With this APAR we have enhanced tracing to capture the summary
of communication and print out vital information with minimal
overhead.

This new tracing can be enabled with SIBGDHealth=all trace
string.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.39 , 8.0.0.11 and 8.5.5.6 .  Please refer to
