It was noticed that the initialization of WebSphere
Application Server took more than 5 minutes after upgrading to
fix pack 7.0.0.33.  The above java cores were constantly seen
during the initialization.

Problem conclusion

The code was reviewed and it was noticed that
additional Java 2 security calls were introduced during the
initialization method of the server. The code was fixed in
order to prevent this behavior.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.39, 8.0.0.11, and 8.5.5.6.  Please refer to the
