Error description

When running with the ESI caching enabled, the plugIn log were
flushed with error messages:

Local fix

Disable ESIInvalidationMonitor property (set its value to false)
in plugin-cfg.xml to bypass the problem.

The HTTP Plugin will fail to establish the ESI Monitor
connection, which is done when the ESIInvalidationMonitor is
set to true in the plugin-cfg.xml, when it fails to remove the
$WSRH private.  It will issue an error message and abort the
attempt to create the connection until the next request.
The $WSRH may not be set when running on the IBM HTTP Server
on z/OS that is not based on the Apache server.

Problem conclusion

The code will be changed to not consider not being able to
remove the $WSRH header as an error.

APAR PI30108 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Packs
7.0.0.37, 8.0.0.10, and 8.5.5.5 of WebSphere Application
Server.
