Error description

The port specified by com.ibm.CSI.SSLPort System property is
not opened when the property is set.

*                  the com.ibm.CSI.SSLPort System property to  *
*                  be recognized.                              *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When users create a RMI client and      *
*                      and set port with the                   *
*                      com.ibm.CSI.SSLPort System property,    *
*                      that port number is not used.           *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
User expected port is not used for an RMI client.

Problem conclusion

Code was updated to use the port.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.35, 8.0.0.10, 8.5.5.4.  Please refer to the
