Error description
During processing FormLogin, LtpaToken2 cookie might not be removed from the http client. When this condition happens, the consecutive request from the http client might have more than one LtpaToken2 cookies.

When this condition happens, the HttpClient application might send requests which have the same LtpaToken2 cookie. Note that this symptom has not been observed when a browser application is used.
Problem conclusion
