Error description

• com.ibm.ws.sib.mep.jfap package is not required for PROXY
  server and this warning message should not get displayed

  When using some of the tools/utilities provided with WebSphere
  Application server available under the location
  <Install_root>\bin the following warning message is observed
  Could not find matching export for Import-Package:
  com.ibm.ws.sib.mep.jfap; version="0.0.0"
  This was observed as the import of the package was marked
  mandatory earlier. Please note there is no functional problem
  observed due to the above warning.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem was resolved by marking the package import as
  optional in the manifest file.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.33.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
  page for delivery information:
