Error description

• The functionality provided in PM76557 needs some changes to
  SIBus datastore tables and it was missing in the PM76557

  PM76557 requires some additional columns in the SIBus
  datastore tables. The script sibDBUpgrade needs to be run
  to modify the existing tables in order to alter the tables and
  add required additional columns.
  

Problem conclusion

• Once the script is run, the SIBOWNER table will have the
  additional ME_LUTS,ME_INFO and ME_STATUS columns.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.33.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
