Error description

After upgrading the Application Client to Fix Pack v8.0.0.8, a
ClassNotFoundException for class
com.ibm.ws.management.connector.JMXConnectorContext will be
thrown when running the retrieveSigners command.  Running the
retrieveSigners command with the -trace switch will generate
the following error stack in the trace log...

This problem will not occur for the retrieveSigners command
run on WebSphere Application Server v8.0.0.8.  It only
occurs for the command run on the Appplication Client
v8.0.0.8.  Also, the problem did not occur on the Application
Client v8.0.0.7.

com.ibm.ws.management.connector.JMXConnectorContext is
thrown when running the retrieveSigners command.

Problem conclusion

A new class was introduced in fixpack 8.0.0.8 and the class
was not imported to some bundles in Application Client and it
caused NoClassDefFoundError.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.0.0.9 and 8.5.5.3.  Please refer to the
