404 error message

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Extraneous data is displayed on the     *
*                      URL when a file cannot be found.        *

* RECOMMENDATION:  Ignore the information following the File   *
*                  Not Found message.   Information in the     *
*                  404 line is sufficient to determine the     *
*                  problem.                                    *
****************************************************************
Extraneous information is displayed with an error 404 on the
console.

Problem conclusion

Only display the encoded file that cannot be found when a 404
is received from the server.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.33, 8.0.0.9, 8.5.5.2  Please refer to the
