APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Creating a single control row in svcdisc and activating, we
  findthat if the subagent is unloaded without first removing the
  row,then the SSM crashes (signal 11). This has been reproduced
  with GA Fix Pack 10 as well as later test builds.
  
     The crash always looks like this (in gdb on Linux):

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Creating a single control row in svcdisc (Service Discovery) and
  activating, we find that if the subagent is unloaded without
  first removing the row then the SSM crashes (signal 11). This
  has been reproduced with GA Fix Pack 10 as well as later
  pre-release builds.

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Upgrade to Fix Pack 11 for SSM 4.0.
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• Corrected the destructor order in the svcdisc subagent so that
  deleted objects are not used during unload.
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
  packages:
