APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Some processes are missing in oraProcessTable (Both on AIX and
  HP-UX).
  
  oraProcessTable only seems to include processes where BACKGROUND
  is TRUE, and exclude process with BACKGROUND is FALSE.

Problem conclusion

• The Unix/Linux logic for oraProcessTable explicitly omitted
  non-background processes. This appears to make no sense as it is
  inconsistent with the MIB design which expects both foreground
  and background processes to be listed. Foreground processes have
  now been enabled.
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
  packages:
