Error description

• SSM crash: Infinite recursion in PlibKillChildren on Windows.
  
  The cause seems to be incorrect structures returned from
  Windows, in which Windows reports:
  parent of pid A is B
  parent of pid B is C
  parent of pid C is D
  parent of pid D is A
  
  This is known to be a potential problem on Windows as the NT
  kernel recycles process ID's very quickly,
  which Unix/Linux never will. The other possible root cause is
  due to this machine running out of handles,
  which could lead Windows to not populate its structures
  correctly.
