Error description

• Uninstalling ssmagent failed to remove "olch2x32.ocx,
  olchart.lic, w32n55.dll, drivers\pcam*sys" from the Windows
  System32 directory (SysWOW64 on x64 Windows).

  Upgrade to Fix Pack 10 for SSM 4.0.

Problem conclusion

• The lingering files were previously all marked as permanent to
  InstallShield, in order to work around old issues that are not
  a problem any more. The files are no longer flagged as permanent
  and will be uninstallable, providing they were installed using
  the FP10 SSM installer.
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
