Error description

• Positive intervals won't work again after a negative interval
  has been used in arithmetic control row.
  To test:
  Agent> arithmetic reset
  Agent> arithmetic interval=5
  Agent> arithmetic expression="abs(.1.3.6.1.4.1.1977.1.2.5.0)"
  Agent> arithmetic create
  Agent> snmp get .1.3.6.1.4.1.1977.47.2.1.5.1.0.0
  .1.3.6.1.4.1.1977.47.2.1.5.1.0.0 i 11
  ==>interval is set to 5, result data are generated. This is
  expected.
  Agent> snmp set .1.3.6.1.4.1.1977.47.1.1.2.1 i 2

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Upgrade to Fix Pack 10 for SSM 4.0.
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• Reset the internal event ID whenever interval is set to >= 0 so
  that arithmetic control rows can now return to interval mode
  instead of getting stuck in event mode forever.
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
  packages:
