Error description

• This is a deadlock between the main SNMP thread and a
  programmable thread. It has been discovered on SSM 4.0+FP9 but
  has probably been present for several if not all fix packs.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  SSM hung in deadlock between concurrent programmable completion
  and arithmetic startup. This means a programmable command
  completed very quickly, at the same time as the arithmetic
  subagent still loading during agent startup.
  ****************************************************************
  RECOMMENDATION:
  Upgrade to Fix Pack 10 for SSM 4.0.
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified programmable to queue its completion events using the
  timer thread. This ensures MIB lock is acquired in the right
  order and can't deadlock with normal subagents.
