Error description

  Current behaviour
  Even when setting NetifDisable to true w32n55.dll is loaded
  
  Expected behaviour:
  This dynamic library should not be loaded when the inivar
  NetIfDisable is set to true.  Setting this inivar to true
  disables packet capture.  The dll is part of the mechanism for
  packet capture.  There has been one instance where loading this
  library has caused the server to crash.  The crash is caused by
  the driver for the Network Interface Card, and not the SSM.
  However, the crash could be avoided if the dll were not
  loaded in the first place.
  

Local fix

• Remove or rename the w32n55.dll

Problem conclusion

• Setting NetifDisable=true in init.cfg will now prevent
  w32n55.dll from loading. This in turn will prevent any potential
  NIC driver bugs relating to packet capture from affecting the
  agent/machine.
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
