Error description
In testing it has been found that setting hrSystemDate and then getting hrSystemDate can sometimes return a time that is 1 hour different to what was set. This is particularly apparent on Linux if the timezone is set to China and the year < 2000.

Problem conclusion
Found a daylight saving (DST) field was uninitialized resulting in a system time which was sometimes 1 hour off. Fixed the uninitialized DST field and merged all Unix/Linux code for setting hrSystemDate so it will now be consistent on all platforms. The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance packages: | fix pack | 4.0.0-TIV-SSM-FP0009
