Error description

• On Windows 7, Vista and 2008, hrFSBootable is reported as false
  even for the drive that the system booted from.

  Upgrade to Fix Pack 9 for SSM 4.0.

Problem conclusion

• The old logic only checked for legacy Windows boot files that
  are not present on modern Windows. Now the drive is also
  compared to the environment variable "SystemDrive". If it
  matches then hrFSBootable will be true.
