  is not as expected.

  While the expected is:        /opt/netcool/ssm/bin/
  /opt/netcool/ssm/bin/ /opt/netcool/ssm/bin/

  /opt/netcool/ssm/bin// /opt/netcool/ssm/bin/
  While the expected is:       /opt/netcool/ssm/bin/
  /opt/netcool/ssm/bin/ /opt/netcool/ssm/bin/

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Upgrade to Fix Pack 9 for SSM 4.0.

Problem conclusion

• Fixed careless slash handling in programmable (and also the
  master agent which supplies the AGENTDIR value). AGENTDIR is now
  always suffixed with one slash.
