Error description

• Creating a filetransfer row where ftFileBase=cfg and
  ftFilePathAndName is blank results in strange numbers being
  reported in ftFileSize and ftFileCRC. The reason is that
  filetransfer reports the size and CRC of the directory entry
  whose path is the concatenation of ftFileBase and
  ftFilePathAndName. If the latter is blank then it is reporting
  the size and CRC of an actual directory, which is generally
  useless and confusing information.
  

Local fix

• Do not make use of the ftFileSize and ftFileCRC values until you
  have set ftFilePathAndName.
