Local fix

Problem summary

  Users of SSM 4.0 on Linux

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  After installing FP4 through FP7, executing "init.ssmagent
  restart" displays error "which: no svcs" on Linux. The init
  script still operates correctly however.
  ****************************************************************
  RECOMMENDATION:
  Upgrade to Fix Pack 8 for SSM 4.0
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• Removed the offending Solaris-specific logic from Linux builds
  of the script.
