The time() function appears to not be able to decide whether the
host machine is in DST or not. And given the same input x, it
sometimes returns y=time(x) and sometimes returns y+3600.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Found in Fix Pack 7 for SSM 4.0.

The time() function appears to not be able to decide whether the
host machine is in DST or not. And given the same input x, it
sometimes returns y=time(x) and sometimes returns y+3600.

Upgrade to fix pack 8 for SSM 4.0
