Error description

• On Linux systems srSystemOpenFileCount is always 0.
  
  Also, The value of srSystemOpenFileCount is not getting updated
  after Opening files on the system.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• On Linux systems srSystemOpenFileCount is always 0.
  

Problem conclusion

• Sysres was parsing /proc/sys/fs/file-nr incorrectly. Implemented
  correct parsing which is: colum1 minus column2.
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
  packages:
