Error description

• Setting 'timer dayofweek=undefined' in a config script sets the
  day to sunday instead of undefined
  
  The result of an incompatibility between the timer MIB design
  and the configurator library which handles the config language.
  
  Steps to replicate :
  
  SSM 4.0.0 build 906.
  
  - MIB Explorer. timer > timeControlTable
  - create row (had Status field "notReady", DayOfWeek and Month
  are both undefined
  - login to TextConsole and issue "config save"
  - restart SSM service
  - DayOfWeek changes to sunday, Month to january.

Problem summary

• Setting timreControlDayOfWeek or timerControlMonth to
  "undefined" is a configuration script sets the value to Sunday
  or January respectively instead of undefined.
  

Problem conclusion

• The timer subagent has been fixed to interpret the "undefined"
  value correctly. It now sets the timerControlDayOfweek or
  timerControlMonth values to "undefined" or -1.
