Error description

• FATAL actually means the process is about to kill itself as
  a result of the error. Therefore FATAL should only be found in

Local fix

Problem summary

• In some circumstances messages are incorrectly logged at the
  fatal level. This is incorrect because fatal should indicate
  that the process is going to die. The messages should be logged
  at the warning level. These messages are found in netif, Lotus
  and Weblogic.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changed the offending messages to warning level.
