Error description

• When you execute the SSM console command "tradest add
  A.B.C.D" you get a trap destination created of 0.0.0.0. This is
  because the address A.B.C.D is not resolving but still creating
  a trap destination anyway.
  
  Note: The string in the example is Literal not an example. Any
  address that is a single character followed by a period could
  exhibit this problem.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• When you execute the SSM console commands "trapdest add <host>
  ..." or "trapdest addtarget <name> <host>..." where <host>
  doesn't resolve and it:
      1) Begins with a character followed by a dot e.g.
         "A.nonexistentdomain.com"
      2) Begins with a number AND is not an IP address e.g.
         "1.notipaddr.2.3"
  You get a trap destination created of 0.0.0.0
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed so that the SSM console commands "trapdest add <host> ..."
  and "trapdest addtarget <name> <host> ...", where host does not
  resolve and is not an IP address, will return the error message:
      "Invalid host name or IP address: <host>"
