Error description

• The OIDs in the FileMon Notifications for fmDataTable based
  varbinds are incorrect, as one of the indexes is the path and
  file name but does not have a preceding length specifier and
  does not match the OID for the same object in the fmDataTable.

  * When the FileMon sub-agent was creating Varbinds for FileMon *

  * objects were incorrect and differed from the ObjectIDs of    *
  * the entries in the table. This was because the length part   *
  * of a OctetString index was missing.                          *
