* The AIX ssmagent might crash in the mib2 subagent if IPV6
* routes are configured due to a buffer overflow.

* RECOMMENDATION:
* Upgrade to Fix Pack 12 for SSM 4.0.
****************************************************************

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The AIX ssmagent will no longer crash in mib2 due to IPV6
routes. The buffer overflow has been fixed.
