• logMonX takes too long to update the LastMatch column after
  adding a row to the logMonXStatsTable

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * When logMonX matches files in a directory it first adds the  *
  * file to the logMonXStatsTable (with LastMatch set to 0) and  *
  * then soon after it will parse the file and potentially       *
  * update the LastMatch column.  If however there are many      *
  * files that need to be added it adds all the files first and  *
  * then starts to parse the file(s) looking for matches.        *
  *                                                              *
  * This is especially noticeable if there are more than 20,000  *
  * files that have been added to the statsTable and can take up *
  * to 5 minutes after a file has been added to the row before   *
  * it is updated.                                               *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * Upgrade to Fix Pack 12 for SSM 4.0.                          *

• Parse a file immediately after it has been added to the
  logMonXStatsTable.
  This is done before another file (row) is added to the table.
