File extension .pak.zip
If the downloaded file name has a file extension .pak.zip rename the file extension to .pak. See technote for more information.

Browser support
A JavaScript enabled browser is required to use the Maintenance Download Wizard; currently the following browsers are supported:

Internet Explorer: 6.0 or greater
Netscape: 7.2 or greater
Mozilla Firefox: 1.0 or greater
Mozilla SeaMonkey: 1.0 or greater

Ensure the following settings are applied:

JavaScript	Enabled
Pop-up blocker	Disabled

File downloads blocked in Internet Explorer
If there is a problem with file downloads being blocked in Internet Explorer, this procedure will allow Web sites to use automatic prompting when downloading files (bypassing the Information Bar).

Open Internet Explorer.
On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
On the Security tab, click Custom Level.
In the Downloads section of the list, under Automatic prompting for file downloads, click Enable.
