In the spotlight Plan Education 1. TXSeries now using Fix Central We are pleased to announce that we have made TXSeries Fix Packs (PTF) and Interim Fixes available through Fix Central for all supported versions of TXSeries for Multiplatforms. End of life fixpacks for TXSeries Encina 5.1 and TXSeries CICS 5.1 are also included. You can download Fixpacks or Interim fixes by visiting the Fix Central website and choose the relevant fixes based on the release and platform and base version of the already installed product. Use the following information for TXSeries on Fix Central:

4. Server Connection problems with TXSeries V6.1
The version of the CICS Universal Client V6.0.2 distributed with TXSeries V6.1 has been known to cause problems with server connections. It is advised that you use a rebuilt version of the CICS UC V6.0.2. 1. End of Service PTFs for TXSeries V5.1 TX Series V5.1 was withdrawn from service on 30 April 2009. The TXSeries development team has released the final end of service PTFs for the TXSeries V5.1 product.
