This SupportPac provides an Eclipse Plug-In for the WebSphere Message Broker Toolkit, which converts a message mapping file (extension .msgmap) into ESQL for use in a Compute node.
The WebSphere Message Broker Toolkit contains a native Mapping node which provides a drag and drop interface for specifying message transformations. This SupportPac provides a wizard for the Toolkit which converts the Mapping node’s message map files into ESQL code. The wizard requires the user to specify input and output message domains and then generates ESQL code which can be used by a Compute node in a message flow.
You have developed a message map for use in a Mapping node, and wish to replace this function with a Compute node.
- This SupportPac provides an easy method of learning some basic ESQL.
- Conversion from a message map to ESQL code could assist with code reusability and maintenance.
- For basic maps, this SupportPac provides potential performance benefits.
New in this Release
