WebSphere MQ support for TXSeries 6.1/6.2 on HP-UX for Itanium

Download Description

This SupportPac provides the files necessary for WebSphere MQ v6 to operate as an XA Resource Manager to TXSeries CICS on the HP-UX for Itanium operating system.

Note: The resiliency feature of TXSeries V6.1/V6.2 is not supported with WMQ v6. For more details, please refer to XA Resiliency feature of TXSeries V6.1/V6.2 doesn't work with WMQ as RM.

Installation Instructions

Unpack the supplied tar.Z file to a suitable directory.
As root, CD to the directory where the package was unpacked, then
For HP-UX 11iV3 on Itanium only, type the command:
swinstall -s $PWD/ma6p.img -x allow_incompatible=true \*
Else type:
swinstall -s $PWD/ma6p.img \*
