MD16 is aimed at people designing solutions and applications using MQSeries in an OS/390 environment, including application architects and MQSeries administrators.
"Installing" MQSeries is just a part of implementing MQSeries in an organisation. This SupportPac is aimed at people designing solutions and applications using MQSeries in an OS/390 environment, including application architects and MQSeries administrators.
It presents ideas and techniques that have been used successfully in a range of customer scenarios by providing lists of some of the key tasks that have to be done to ensure a successful MQSeries implementation.
Whilst the lists provided are not complete, nor definitive (as there may be many equally valid ways of performing a task) it is anticpated that they will provide a reference point for users undertaking the task of implementing MQSeries.
