The WebSphere MQ Integrator SAP IDoc solution is a services offering that seamlessly provides SAP IDoc processing capability with WebSphere MQ Integrator (WMQI). It enables the loading of SAP IDoc type metadata into the WMQI message repository and enables the processing of basic and extended IDocs at runtime. The solution runs on all of the supported WMQI runtime platforms.
The offering provided via this SupportPac includes the following.
Installation Support and Education
» Solution tailored to customers environment along with documentation in English.
» Maintenance support for one year.
» Installation support and education which is given on-site.
» Samples that demonstrate using the SAP IDocs along with WMQI. These are tailored for the user's environment.
» Samples that demonstrate using SAP IDocs along with other WMQI solution (for example, EDI). These can be tailored for the user's environment.
Maintenance support for additional years
» Maintenance support for additional years is available for an additional fee.
SKILL LEVEL REQUIRED
The service offering itself is provided by appropriately skilled personnel from the WebSphere MQ Integrator Solutions Development Team. However, customer personnel who will be responsible for providing ongoing support should be familiar with WMQI V5.0.
