Error description
Errors AMQ9511 and AMQ9448 are logged along with FFST regarding ProbeID: RM220005 and Probe Type: MSGAMQ9511 given by one or more slave repmans due to inconsistencies between CPUs regarding subscriptions in number and referenced object as well as expiration time. When multiple slaves are affected, in consequence the problem described in IT24388 may occur. This is a generic description of a multi root cause error scenario, please also check APARs about other problems identified: IT25665, IT25666, IT25669, IT25671. This APAR is about inconsistent expiration times of subscriptions and other cluster cache entries, varying between CPUs.

Problem summary
When object or subscription records were initially created or refreshed, the expiration time was calculated in slaves based on current time of day, which always differs from time used by master repository manager. As a result subscriptions or entries were not dropped during maintenance, causing error described above due to inconsistencies in maintenance process.
Problem conclusion
Code was changed to always record time used by master in metadata to be forwarded along with the request to slaves. Recorded time now is used instead of current time of day to determine new expiration times in slave maintenance process.
